This DVD is structured in the same way as one of my
Yoga classes. First we will start with a warm up. The
reason for the warm up is not only to prepare your
muscles and get them warm, but also to help your
energy to start flowing freely within your body. Next
is a relaxation, which helps you to get more and more in
tune with your body and breathing. Now you are
ready to start with the Yoga exercises. I give you a
choice of two exercise sections. If you have never
experienced Yoga, or have not much practice, start
with the first section. Otherwise just pick the section
you feel like practicing. The DVD ends with a final
guided relaxation, which will relax the whole of your
body, mind and spirit even further.
This DVD is meant for you as a tool so you can
practice at home, but it does not replace Yoga
classes with a teacher who can guide and correct you
so you can get the maximum benefit out of your Yoga
practice. |
